Quick and Easy Chicken Liver Pate

Ingredients

  • 20g (4 tsp) butter
  • ½ garlic pure
  • 200g chicken livers, raw
  • 30ml sherry
  • 350g low fat smooth cottage cheese
  • 5 drops hot sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a pan.
  • Add the garlic and livers and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Place the cooked livers in a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend well.
  • Spoon into a serving dish, cover with cling wrap and chill in fridge for 2 hours.
  • Serve with crackers from daily serves.
