Ingredients

  • 200g Spinach
  • Handful parsley leaves and stems
  • 150g Apple (core removed)
  • 200g English cucumber
  • 2cm Fresh ginger
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  • Chop the apple, cucumber and ginger into small pieces.
  • Cut the yellow peel from the lemon, leaving most of the pith.
  • Cut into slices and remove seeds (reserve half the lemon).
  • Add the prepared vegetables to the juicer, alternating between the greens and the firmer apple, cucumber and half the lemon.
  • Taste for tartness. Add reserved lemon if necessary (if too sour, add a little more apple).
    Enjoy!
  • Pass through a sieve and serve immediately for best results.
