Ingredients
- 200g Spinach
- Handful parsley leaves and stems
- 150g Apple (core removed)
- 200g English cucumber
- 2cm Fresh ginger
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- Chop the apple, cucumber and ginger into small pieces.
- Cut the yellow peel from the lemon, leaving most of the pith.
- Cut into slices and remove seeds (reserve half the lemon).
- Add the prepared vegetables to the juicer, alternating between the greens and the firmer apple, cucumber and half the lemon.
- Taste for tartness. Add reserved lemon if necessary (if too sour, add a little more apple).
Enjoy! - Pass through a sieve and serve immediately for best results.
