900 g Beef shin cubed
1 Onion chopped
300 g Carrots chopped
360 g Baby Potatoes halved
150 ml Light Tomato sauce
80 ml Water
5 ml White sugar
Salt & Pepper

In a large stock pot combine meat, onion, carrots and potatoes.
Mix together tomato sauce, water, sugar and season with salt and pepper.
Pour over meat and vegetables and cover.
Bake at 120°C for 5 hours.
