Chocolate Dip for fruit

Ingredients

  • 250ml (1 cup) low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) honey
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2ml ( ½ tsp) vanilla extract
  • Fruit from daily allowance for dipping (strawberries, bananas, pineapple, apple slices)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  • Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
  • Serve with your favourite fruits (best are strawberries, apples, orange segments pineapple and bananas)
