Cheesy mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 4 large, brown mushrooms
  • 90g reduced – fat cheese
  • 1 tin of tuna
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 20ml extra lite low – fat spread

Instructions

  • Place mushrooms on a non – stick baking tray and top with the drained tuna.
  • Sprinkle over the grated cheese and low fat spread.
  • Bake in a 200℃ oven for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with garlic baby potatoes and salad from your daily serves.
