Ingredients
4 Large, brown Mushrooms
90 g Reduced-fat Cheese
1 tin Tuna
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
20 ml Low-fat Spread
Instructions
Place mushrooms on a non-stick baking tray and top with the drained tuna.
Sprinkle over the grated cheese and low fat spread.
Bake in a 200⁰C oven for 10 minutes.
Serve with garlic baby potatoes and salad from the daily serves.
