Ingredients

  • 80g rolled oats
  • 40g finely chopped dried fruit
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 1ml cinnamon
  • Pinch freshly grated nutmeg
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 320ml milk

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, dried fruit, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and milk.
  • Stir through.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
