- 80g rolled oats
- 40g finely chopped dried fruit
- 10g chia seeds
- 1ml cinnamon
- Pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- Pinch of sea salt
- 320ml milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, dried fruit, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and milk.
- Stir through.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
