Ingredients
- 250ml (1 cup) low fat Greek yoghurt
- 30ml (2 tbsp) honey
- 30ml (2 tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2ml ( ½ tsp) vanilla extract
- Fruit from daily allowance for dipping (strawberries, bananas, pineapple, apple slices)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Serve with your favourite fruits (best are strawberries, apples, orange segments pineapple and bananas)
