Ingredients
- 4 large, brown mushrooms
- 90g reduced – fat cheese
- 1 tin of tuna
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 20ml extra lite low – fat spread
Instructions
- Place mushrooms on a non – stick baking tray and top with the drained tuna.
- Sprinkle over the grated cheese and low fat spread.
- Bake in a 200℃ oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve with garlic baby potatoes and salad from your daily serves.
