Ingredients
- 20g (4 tsp) butter
- ½ garlic pure
- 200g chicken livers, raw
- 30ml sherry
- 350g low fat smooth cottage cheese
- 5 drops hot sauce
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan.
- Add the garlic and livers and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Place the cooked livers in a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Spoon into a serving dish, cover with cling wrap and chill in fridge for 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers from daily serves.
