The Tuna Melts are simple to prepare and a firm family favourite

Ingredients
- 2 tins tuna in spring water
- 1 stalk celery
- 90ml Weigh-Less Reduced Oil Dressing (or 60ml low oil salad dressing)
- 20ml (3 tsp) extra light low-fat spread
- 8 slices rye bread
- 90g reduced-fat cheese
- 175ml plain low-fat yoghurt
- 400g carrots
- 80g raisins
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine the drained tuna, chopped celery and reduced oil dressing.
- Melt the reduced fat spread in a large non-stick pan.
- Spread the tuna mixture evenly over four slices of the rye bread.
- Top each with some of the grated cheese and remaining slice of bread.
- Grill in the hot pan.
- Grate the carrots, season and mix with the raisins and yoghurt.
- Serve.
