Frozen Yoghurt Smoothie

 1 serve = 1 Fruit + 1 ½ Milk

Ingredients

  • 150g mango, peeled weight
  • 125ml fat-free milk
  • 175ml fat-free plain yoghurt
  • 10 ice blocks

Instructions

  • Chop up mango and freeze overnight with the yoghurt.
  • The following morning place all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
