Berry Smoothie

  • 175 ml Fat-free Plain Yoghurt
  • 75 g Strawberries
  • 50 g Raspberries


  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Place in your child’s juice bottle and freeze over night without the lid on.
  • The next morning replace lid and wrap in tea towel. By lunch time the next day, it would have defrosted and be ready to drink.
