Banana Rumba
Ingredients
- 4 medium Bananas
- 30 ml Rum
- 5 ml Vanilla Essence
- 5 ml Ground cinnamon
- 360 ml Frozen Yoghurt
- 100 g Mixed Nuts
Instructions
- Peel and freeze the bananas.
- Place the frozen bananas in a liquidiser with the rum, vanilla and cinnamon. Serve over the frozen yoghurt and top with the chopped nuts.
