Banana Rumba

  • 4 medium Bananas
  • 30 ml Rum
  • 5 ml Vanilla Essence
  • 5 ml Ground cinnamon
  • 360 ml Frozen Yoghurt
  • 100 g Mixed Nuts


  • Peel and freeze the bananas.
  • Place the frozen bananas in a liquidiser with the rum, vanilla and cinnamon. Serve over the frozen yoghurt and top with the chopped nuts.
