420 g Cooked Rice
20 ml Olive Oil
3 Garlic cloves chopped
1 Green Pepper
480 g Canned Tomatoes
15 ml Fresh Parsley chopped
500 g Crab sticks
5 ml Chilli flakes
200 g Onions chopped
1 Bay Leaf
Salt & Pepper

Heat the oil in a non-stick saucepan; add the garlic, pepper, onion, pepper flakes, bay leaf and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the tomato, parsley and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the crab meat and simmer over low heat for a further 10 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper. Serve the crab with a serving of cooked rice.
