Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Carrots cubed
  • 100 g Celery chopped
  • 100 g Turnips diced
  • 100 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 100 g Tomatoes chopped
  • 100 g Patty pans
  • Spring Onion
  • 2 Red chilli chopped
  • 5 ml Garlic crushed
  • 625 ml Vegetable stock

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are soft and tender. 

Notes

Serves as a chunky soup or liquidize to suit your preference handy hints:
- Add tinned lentils from your daily allowance for a protein punch
- Add lean diced back bacon from your daily allowance
- Add shredded spinach to this tasty soup!
