- 4 Large, brown Mushrooms
- 90 g Reduced-fat Cheese
- 1 tin Tuna
- 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
- 20 ml Low-fat Spread
- Place mushrooms on a non-stick baking tray and top with the drained tuna.
- Sprinkle over the grated cheese and low fat spread.
- Bake in a 200⁰C oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve with garlic baby potatoes and salad from the daily serves.
