Spicy Crab 'n Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 420 g Cooked Rice
  • 20 ml Olive Oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 480 g Canned Tomatoes
  • 15 ml Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 500 g Crab sticks
  • 5 ml Chilli flakes
  • 200 g Onions chopped
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a non-stick saucepan; add the garlic, pepper, onion, pepper flakes, bay leaf and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add the tomato, parsley and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add the crab meat and simmer over low heat for a further 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt and black pepper. Serve the crab with a serving of cooked rice.
