- 3 apples
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar
- Wash and thinly slice the apples using a sharp knife or mandoline.
- Arrange the slices apples in a single layer on a non-stick baking tray.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and bake in a 100o C oven for an hour, flip and bake for a further 30 minutes or until crisp.
- Remove from heat and leave to cool before serving, or store in an air-tight container for up to one week.
