  • 3 apples
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sugar
  1. Wash and thinly slice the apples using a sharp knife or mandoline.
  2. Arrange the slices apples in a single layer on a non-stick baking tray.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and bake in a 100o C oven for an hour, flip and bake for a further 30 minutes or until crisp.
  4. Remove from heat and leave to cool before serving, or store in an air-tight container for up to one week.
