Freeze 1 hour

1 (70g) banana (peeled)
75g strawberries
175ml vanilla yoghurt
10ml peanut butter
Handful of ice cubes

Place the peeled banana in the freezer and freeze for two hours. Add the banana and the remaining ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or place in a plastic juice bottle and freeze overnight.
