  • 450g cooked chicken
  • 200g red onion
  • 100g apple
  • 90g grapes
  • 40g sliced almonds
  • 175ml fat-free plain yoghurt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Wheat bread
  1. Roughly shred the cooked chicken, and then mix with the diced onion and apples.
  2. Add the quartered grapes and remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve mixture immediately as a filling in the bread or store refrigerated in an air-tight container.
