Ingredients:
- 450g cooked chicken
- 200g red onion
- 100g apple
- 90g grapes
- 40g sliced almonds
- 175ml fat-free plain yoghurt
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Wheat bread
- Roughly shred the cooked chicken, and then mix with the diced onion and apples.
- Add the quartered grapes and remaining ingredients.
- Serve mixture immediately as a filling in the bread or store refrigerated in an air-tight container.
