Ingredients:
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp garlic paste
- ¼ tsp ginger paste
- ¼ tsp ground turmeric
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp red chili flakes
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 x 100g)
- 2tbsp water
- 4 wholewheat pita breads
- Mix together the first eight ingredients and rub into the chicken.
- Place the seasoned chicken in a bowl, cover with cling wrap, and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Roast in a 180°C oven for 20 minutes. Slice open pita breads and stuff with sliced chicken and garden veg from your daily serves.
