Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • ¼ tsp ginger paste
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 x 100g)
  • 2tbsp water
  • 4 wholewheat pita breads
  1. Mix together the first eight ingredients and rub into the chicken.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken in a bowl, cover with cling wrap, and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. Roast in a 180°C oven for 20 minutes. Slice open pita breads and stuff with sliced chicken and garden veg from your daily serves.
