200 g Carrots cubed
100 g Celery chopped
100 g Turnips diced
100 g Mushrooms sliced
100 g Tomatoes chopped
100 g Patty pans
Spring Onion
2 Red chilli chopped
5 ml Garlic crushed
625 ml Vegetable stock

Combine all the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are soft and tender.
