After always feeling unfit, struggling to do my daily chores, people commenting on my weight change; all these prompted me to do something about the kilos I have put on.
I have no regret and took the right decision to join Weigh-Less, because it has taught me to eat balanced meals. Weigh-Less has brought many good changes in both my life and that of my family too.
I have never missed a meal, as they absolutely recommend 5 meals a day, that is eating every 3 hours; preventing us from empty stomach and being always in satiety. I enjoyed eating Basmati rice very often and this was like luxury in a slimming program (I could never imagine that).
I did my 3 hours of physical activities per week in order to lose weight more quickly. And I also respected all my serves and food quantity. Although I had to go out for lunch at work with my colleagues, I managed to do it!
