My weight was my concern, I knew it would impact on my health.

Weigh-Less was my first experience for loosing weight, I have never tried other program before.

My increasing weight encouraged me to join the club and I heard about it through my girlfriend.

At first, it was quite challenging, as the eating style was very different, but eventually it became part of my day to day life.Unplanned events and parties were the main challenges… But I did it!!!

The best part of loosing weight, is seeing the “New You”, this motivate and boost me so much, with confidence.

I fixed myself two milestones; first to reach 70kg and second my Target weight. Reaching my goal, I was pleasantly surprised, and never thought I would be able to be at that weight again!

Weigh-Less was an amazing journey where I have learned a lot about eating tips, this was the smartest choice I made for my health.
