I was so miserable about my weight, always struggling to find the proper dress to wear… envying those who were slim… My excess weight affected my life, I was out of breath even after some walking.

Alone, I tried to cut down on rice, sugar and butter during one month, but it did not made a difference – I did not loose a pound!

A friend encouraged me to join the Weigh-Less program, like her. The rapid change in her, motivated me to make the step. I learned to eat small amount five times a day, slowly I got used to it and it became easy.

My jogging performance was better and I felt so good.I’m able to choose tight clothes and my husband like it!!! My body figure changed considerably, my loved ones always comment my new profile positively!

I’m so glad to have reached my target, I have been rewarded for all my efforts. I’m still paying good attention to my eating habits and I frequently attend the Weigh-Less session for a “Follow up”.
