“KEEP FOCUS, NEVER GIVE UP, BECAUSE THE REWARD WORTH THE EFFORT AND SOME SACRIFICE …”

Due to long hours at Call Centre, lack of exercises and eating Fast food on the weekend, I started to gain weight. I was becoming lazy, I was losing my self-confidence and I didn’t like my image in the mirror.

Before joining Weigh-Less, I tried losing weight by myself but with no success, I was losing 1 kg in two weeks and gaining back 3 kg the next week… I’m a Customer care representative and for my career, I wanted to embrace the opportunity to lose weight the good way. I was incited by my colleagues…. Today I’m grateful.

I enjoyed eating chicken, spaghetti and salad. I’m fond of chocolate, so I chose not buying it during my journey. I was adjusting with the family meals, but sometimes I was cooking separately to do better choices, for my Eating plan. To deal with Eating-out and entertainment, my strategies were to skip some Carbs, Proteins and Fats portions.

I exercise also, and today I am more relaxed and I sleep so well… I appreciated my Group session and my lecturer, they were always a great support.

To those who are struggling, I encourage them to keep focus, never give-up, because the reward worth the effort and some sacrifice!
