Orange Smoothie

  • 1 Banana peeled
  • 75 g Strawberries
  • 175 ml Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 10 ml Peanut Butter
  • Ice cubes


  • Place the peeled banana in the freezer and freeze for two hours.
  • Add the banana and the remaining ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 
  • Serve immediately or place in a plastic juice bottle and freeze overnight.
