Apple and Cucumber Punch

  • 200 g Apples peeled, chopped
  • 200 g Cucumber peeled, chopped
  • 10 ml Lemon juice
  • 250 ml Sugar-free Lemonade


  • Push the apple and cucumber chunks through juice.
  • Mix apple, cucumber and lemon juice together and pour in glass.
  • Top up with diet lemonade.
