Yoghurt Chicken Bread

  • 450 g Chicken cooked
  • 200 g Red Onion
  • 100 g Apples
  • 90 g Grapes
  • 40 g Almonds sliced
  • 175ml Plain Youghurt Fat free
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper
  • White bread


  • Roughly shred the cooked chicken, and then mix with the diced onion and apples.
  • Add the quartered grapes and remaining ingredients.
  • Serve mixture immediately as a filling in the bread or store refrigerated in an air-tight container.
