1/2 tsp Curry powder
1/2 tsp Garlic paste
1/4 tsp Ginger paste
1/4 tsp Ground Turmeric
1/4 tsp Red Chilli flakes
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Water
4 Chicken breasts Skinless, boneless
4 Pita breads Wholewheat

Mix together the first eight ingredients and rub into the chicken.
Place the seasoned chicken in a bowl, cover with cling wrap, and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Roast in a 180°C oven for 20 minutes. Slice open pita breads and stuff with sliced chicken and garden veg from your daily serves.
