450 g Chicken cooked
200 g Red Onion
100 g Apples
90 g Grapes
40 g Almonds sliced
175ml Plain Youghurt Fat free
2 tsp Lemon juice
Salt & Pepper
White bread

Roughly shred the cooked chicken, and then mix with the diced onion and apples.
Add the quartered grapes and remaining ingredients.
Serve mixture immediately as a filling in the bread or store refrigerated in an air-tight container.
