Before joining Weigh-Less, I was having fast foods for lunch (burgers and fries), then oily snacks in between – very unhealthy eating habits. I had a complex about my weight as my colleagues were slim. I did try the”cabbage soup” diet, but stopped as it did not work for me.
Then a friend of mine recommended the Weigh-Less website, I was keen to try this program.
In the beginning I was not used to eat so many vegetables, but gradually adapted.
Attending weddings and invitations to social events were real challenges, due to the increase risk of cheating on my meal plan.
People began looking at me in a different way. I was feeling better in my own skin.
When I reached goal weight, I was so proud of myself. It was costly but worth the effort!
I will endeavour to watch what I eat, avoiding sneaky snacks, because you can’t cheat yourself… The most difficult part, was giving-up cool drinks.
