I joined Weigh-less in 2008 and lost weight successfully. However, I did not complete the full program. Knowing that it worked for me once, I rejoined the class without hesitation.
I adapted to the Weigh-less class easily as I was determined and wanted to be slim. These kilos affected me and were putting weight each day. I realized it when I saw pictures of me….
I was not organized and ate junk food for lunch, as I never brought a proper meal at work. Looking back, I notice now, how good I feel about my self-confidence.
On my Graduation ceremony, along my way, I was able, to wear an awesome dress and felt so special….
Got some challenges and temptations about some “goodies” and frying Mauritian foods like “Gateaux Piments” and others. I allowed myself few “cheats”, but it was fine and under control.
To maintain my Goal Weight, I’m keeping all that I have learnt. Weigh-less teaches us a very healthy lifestyle eating plan and very good principles.
